Customer feedback questions for a QR code at the counter

Customers will give you ten seconds, not ten minutes. These questions are built for that: each one is a single tap on a phone, asked from a QR code where people are already waiting.

The best place for the code is where people stand still: the counter, the waiting room, the fitting room, the back of a receipt.

Tips from running these live

  • Write the reason on the poster: 'Help us choose next month's stock' gets more answers than 'Give us feedback'.
  • Use the scan count. If many people scan but few answer, the question is too hard; make it a single tap.
  • Close a poll after a month and print the results on the next poster. People like seeing that answers went somewhere.
