Anonymous feedback by QR code
Honest feedback, one scan away.
People tell you the truth when it's anonymous and takes ten seconds. Put a QR code where they already are: the counter, the table, the exit, the staff room. Every answer lands on one live results page.
How it works
- 01
Pick the question
A 1–5 rating for a trend, or an open answer for the details.
- 02
Print the poster
Letter, A4, table tent or cards. The short link sits under the code for anyone without a camera.
- 03
Act on one thing
Read the answers weekly. Change one thing and say so on the next poster.
Why anonymous works
Named feedback is polite feedback. Without a name attached, people say the wait was too long, the room was cold, or the price felt high, which is exactly what you need to hear.
QR Polls never collects a name or email from people answering, and never stores their IP address.
Good first questions
- How was your visit today? (1–5)
- What is one thing we could do better?
- Would you recommend us to a friend? (1–5)
- Did you find what you were looking for? (yes / no)
Questions
Is it really anonymous?
Yes. No accounts, no names, no emails. Each phone gets a random cookie only to stop double answers.
Can staff use it for internal feedback?
Yes. A poster in the staff room with an open question gets things said that never come up in a meeting.
What does it cost?
Free up to 100 responses per question, with a small QR Polls mark. Paid plans from $5/mo remove both.
