QR code with logo

A QR code with your logo, checked before you print it.

Add your logo, see exactly how it will look, and get a scan score that tells you if phones can still read it. Everything runs in your browser: your logo is never uploaded.

How it works

  1. 01

    Choose the Logo style

Pick the Logo tile, or upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP image of up to 2 MB. SVG files are not accepted.

  2. 02

    Keep it small

A logo covers at most 20% of the code. We cap it there, keep it away from the three corner squares and add extra repair data automatically.

  3. 03

    Read the scan score

We try to read the design five ways, the way a phone would: full size, tiny, out of focus, in dim light and at an angle.

What is free today and what is not

  • Free now: the plain code in any one solid colour, as PNG and SVG, with the scan score. No account, no watermark, no ads, no expiry.
  • Free to preview: logo, shapes and frame text. Downloading designed codes is not available yet.
  • Your logo stays in your browser. We do not upload it or store it.

Why a logo can stop a code from scanning

A QR code carries spare data so a phone can still read it when part is hidden. A logo uses that spare data. A small logo in the middle is fine; a big one leaves too little, and some phones fail.

That is why the generator limits logo size, switches to the strongest repair level when there is a logo, and tells you plainly when it will not scan.

Questions

Can I download a QR code with my logo today?

Not yet. You can preview it and see its scan score for free. Downloading designed codes (logo, shapes, frame, print pack) is coming soon. The plain code is free to download now.

Is my logo uploaded to your servers?

No. The image is read and resized in your browser and never sent to us.

Which logo files work?

PNG, JPEG and WebP, up to 2 MB. SVG is not accepted, because SVG files can carry code.

How big can the logo be?

The generator caps it at 20% of the code's area, in the middle and clear of the three corner squares, so it cannot hide what a phone needs to find the code.
