QR code for a poll

The QR code for your poll, ready to print.

Every poll already has its own code. Pick a colour for the poster, and print it as a poster, table tent or cards. Want a scan check first? Paste the poll link into the generator.

How it works

  1. 01

    Make or open your poll

Write a question, or open one you already made from My polls.

  2. 02

    Open Print it

Choose Poster, Table tent or 4 cards and pick Classic or Brand violet.

  3. 03

    Print or save as PDF

Printing works from any browser. The code stays sharp because it is drawn as vector.

Poll codes count scans

A poll's code opens a short link on qrpolls.com that adds one to its scan count and then sends the person to the question. You see how many people scanned and how many answered.

The generator has a Poll type too: paste a qrpolls.com poll link, or choose one of your polls when you are signed in, and you get the same code with a scan score and every style.

Posters on free and paid plans

  • Free polls print with a small line at the bottom of the poster: Make your own free poll at qrpolls.com. It is never on the code itself.
  • Paid plans print the poster without that line.
  • Colour (Classic or Brand violet) is free on every plan. For a code with your logo, shapes or a frame, make it in the generator with the Poll type and download it free.

Size and placement

  • On a table tent read across a table (about 60 cm), print the code at least 8.0 cm wide. The size calculator does the maths for other distances.
  • On a slide, make the code at least a fifth of the slide's height so the back row can scan it.
  • Say what people get: "Vote for next month's menu" gets more scans than "Scan me".

Questions

Does a poll's QR code cost anything?

No. Every poll has a free code, and you can print it as a poster, a table tent or cards.

Can I change the colour of the code?

Yes, from the Print it page: Classic or Brand violet. Dark dots on a light background scan best. To get a scan score for a code, paste the poll link into the generator.

Do people need an app to scan it?

No. A phone camera reads the code and opens the question in the browser.

Are scans counted?

Yes for poll codes: the short link counts scans and then forwards to the poll. A plain code made for some other link is not counted.
