Pick one question
One clear question gets far more answers than a ten-question form. Start with the thing you will actually act on.
- 2
Make it a printed poll
In the editor choose “Printed or posted”. Printed polls stay open for days and are built for walk-by scanning.
- 3
Print the poster
From the share page open the poster, choose a size, and print it. Put it where people wait: the kettle, the time clock, the staff-room door.
- 4
Share the results
After a week, close the poll and show the bars at the next meeting. Say what you will change because of it. That is what makes people answer the next one.
How anonymous is it, really?
- Voters don’t sign in and are never asked for a name or email.
- To stop one person voting fifty times, each phone gets a random ID in a cookie. It is not linked to who they are.
- Network addresses are stored only as one-way hashes, so they can’t be turned back into an address.
- You see totals and any open answers people chose to write, never who gave which answer.
Questions that work on a wall
- How manageable was your workload this week? (1–5)
- Do you have what you need to do your job well? Yes / Mostly / No
- What one thing would make this a better place to work? (open answer)
- How clear are our priorities this month? (1–5)
