Pulse survey questions for a quick weekly check-in
A pulse survey is the opposite of the annual survey: two or three questions, every week or two, answered in seconds. The value is in the line over time, not one result.
How to run it
- 01Pick the same two or three questions every week.
- 02Put the QR code at the start of the Monday stand-up.
- 03Watch for a drop, then ask an open question that week to find out why.
The questions
Each link opens the editor with the question already written. Change anything, then publish and put the QR code on screen.
