Uniqode alternative
A Uniqode alternative, compared from its own pricing page.
Uniqode is a full QR platform for companies, with compliance, integrations and team controls. If you need a few codes that keep working without a yearly plan, here is how ours differs.
By Wyatt, founder ·
Make a QR code that looks like you and scans every time.
Free to make. No account. We never put ads between a scanner and your link.
Link, Wi-Fi, Contact, Text, Email and SMS codes are static: what they hold lives inside the picture, not on our servers, and we never see who scans. Poll codes go through qrpolls.com, which counts scans, and work as long as the poll exists.
Every style is free to download: colours, shapes, logo and frame.
Advanced
PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 2 MB. It stays in your browser.
We pick it for you: stronger when there is a logo, lighter for plain codes so the dots stay big. (M)
Example
Fill in the details above and we will test the code the way a phone would.
PNG and SVG are free: no watermark, no ads, and the code never expires.
Side by side
Every Uniqode figure is from its own pricing page. Their prices are in US dollars; ours are in Canadian dollars, before tax.

When Uniqode is the better pick
- Your company needs security paperwork: its page lists SOC 2, HIPAA and GDPR.
- You want QR code forms, bulk creation and AI analytics insights on the entry plan, and an API and integrations from Core.
- Several teams share codes and need single sign-on and custom domains, which its larger plans include.
- You want 24/7 support on every plan, which its page lists.
When ours helps
- You want a code you can trust before printing: every code is read five ways before download (full size, tiny, blurred, dim and at an angle).
- You want no account and no ads: make, check and download a code without signing in, and scanners go straight to your link.
- You do not want a yearly commitment for a handful of codes.
- You may stop paying one day. Editable codes keep forwarding after you cancel.
- You need one editable code, not a plan: $3 CAD once, no subscription.
How we checked
We read Uniqode's pricing page and its FAQ in a browser on November 3, 2026 and use nothing else: no review sites, no price listings. Each row in the table links to the page it came from. Plans change, so check the vendor's page before you decide. If something here is out of date, email [email protected] and we will correct it.
